It may have begun with racism, so that most Americans would consider the African American's problem to be not worth concerning themselves about....(it worked)and now racism has come home to roost in that the whole of the human race is threatened by the bio weaponry that came out of the Tuskegee experiments. I hope that you don't allow your "education" to brainwash you into believing that that was then and now, is not then.
