Be among the first to see Intel's new Many Integrated Core Architecture in action. This is a short video of the demo that was shown at International Supercomputing conference in Hamburg Germany 2010. This 32 core - 128 thread co-processor is currently still in development. This software development kit is codenamed Knights Ferry and is the first product in a line of Knights family of coprocessors.

labobo: you're right. Intel isn't in 82% of the worlds Top 500, they're not going to come out with 22nm process technology, and they've actually stopped making any new architectures -- they're just going to stay with the current world's best Nehalem family architecture and never do anything new again.

all i heared was bla bla bla many core, pr bullshit blaha
do you remember the 80 core cpu, yeah and you know what, it's not coming to market
so what are the chances this peace of PR bullshit will get to us normal consumers, yeah very low, Larrabee low (Larrabee was yet another PR bullshit stunt by intel, Larrabee is now cancelled)
