GOP takes Capitol- rep. Virginia Foxx

Thousands of tourists cheer speeches around the clock. Today marks the House Republicans' fourth day of protest over House Speaker Nancy Pelosi's (D-Calif.) refusal to deal with high gas prices and America's growing energy problem. Pelosi attempted to gag and silence conservatives and but they refuse to shut up or back down. They have taken over the floor of the House of Representatives every day since Friday inviting the general public to sit in the abandoned Democratic seats. Public Advocate President Eugene Delgaudio led staff and volunteers to the floor of the Congress this week and responded to calls for support from members of Congress under political siege.
