SONG:
Dj Polar Bear - Fort Minor (PBB Remix) Instrumental

WARM UP!

But before you do any strenuous exercise, STRETCH!

Rotate your arms, stretch out your rhomboids, and do a few regular pullups before you start your muscle up training.

First, stand about a foot behind the actually pullup bar.

Jump JUST enough so that the palms of your hands can grab the bar. Your body should naturally swing forward just a bit.

DO NOT jump too much like this.

After you swing forward, your body will automatically swing backward.

This is when you pull yourself upward like this.

When you pull yourself upward while your body is moving backward, explode upward, bring your chest FORWARD so that you're body is in a DIP position, and

then use your triceps like in a dip to push yourself up.

If you want to continue doing muscle ups after your first one, simply bring yourself down so that your body is in an angle, giving yourself enough momentum to swing backward and then upward into the dip position.

I bent my legs in this video for assist. I just got back from the gym (biceps triceps and legs -__-) so I was pretty beat.

GOOD LUCK EVERYONE!

  • You are a beast! I have a question tho. Do you do body weight exercises everyday? I'm trying to figure out a good workout without over training my body.

  • @TheAniIVIal well, i go to the gym 3-4 times a week, and each session i do a little calisthenics here and there, depending on what muscle group i'm working that day

  • На турнике мешок сразу видно с зале железом накачался....

  • @chxxx12345 that ellipsis is quite cryptic.

  • The rocking forward helped immensely, I never thought of it till I saw your video, I do 3 now and today was the first day I've done one, no kipping just swinging forward first

  • @skysmine very good !

  • @ZaldyOcon

Personally, I really like that Kyle Leon

does every lil thing he can to stay ahead

of the game and in his site:

    MusclesMaximizer.info

He delivers high quality information that

is very different than the regular muscle

building advice which most the other

    programs online.

  • THANK YOU ---I WAS MISSING SOME KEYS THINGS THAT U EXPLAINED SIMPLY

  • @quikieemart That would be great for other's who want to learn how to do this, I would love to make a training video but i just learned how to do this a couple of weeks ago and i am not the greatest in technique just yet lol. it was a challenge getting down the false grip because i have never done that in my life, but i managed to get it done thanks to an old person xD but yeah a training vid for be great for others . Awesome .

  • @algildea very welcome !

  • @cayaoss ah yes a MU training video was supposed to be filmed but never got around to it. this must happen soon !!

  • Its a good tutorial to see how its actually done, but maybe you can make another tutorial where you actually explain that people should start off training on regular pullups first, then gradually climb up to high pull ups, then muscle ups. Plus the fact where your grip changes from neutral overgrip, to false grip once your up there. & Also explain the technique in which crossfitters use what we call "KIP" . xD Thanks
