@internalfarie u cant get disease from ur own blud! tht is silly, u can however get HIV if the needle being used isn't sterile and has been used on someone els b4, and if they have the virus u can get it too! but it is possible for this piercing to be carried out with 1 needle go from top to bttm and pull the bar thru and screw:p no mess.

@darkey101 Well If you have Not Read up On Using one neddle for a industrial Piercing , You can Get a Disese from your'e Own blood and ppl die from it.
