o yeh btw yeh this video was obviously fake but ki is real and it exists when your adrenaline and you feel heat or you feel air moving around your body or straight up your body that is your body heat/aura/ki from what i have learned little over 5 years ago

i have self learned ki/chi and there are many paths to where you wanna go and from what i know i can teach is about 10% total of what i know, i can teach you first to feel out your ki, then you learn of ki flow, then you learn form, and then you learn how to apply ki to everyday living, but one thing especially is that one cannot just learn but must be patient and absorb what you are learning in..
