just did a calculation base on milage(trip meter) travel by the car. 0:16-0:19 was 277.5-277.6=100m

so in 3sec car travel by 100m. in 60sec car travel by 2000m/2km

in an hour car will travel by 120km. that is equvalent to 120km/h

guys he has a JDM spec S15 which has a speedo that goes to 180km/h he has then put a Aftermarket Illuminated dial over top which is designed for a ADM S15 which has a speedo that goes to 260km/h

Just by his reply that he is running a 3071r at 20psi proves he is full of shit. Don't buy into this crap.

@shakybones007 I notice on your setup you run the T518z. What PSI do you run and do you have much lag? Im buying a 2000 Spec-R which is completley stock. How much roughly were the internals on your car, if you don't mind me asking? Because i've been looking at a few Garretts and found the GT3071R to be my best bet if i was to pick this Silvia up. I've been quoted that the Charger is fine for 300-500Bhp applications and will fit the S15, but if internals are costly then i may have to rethink it.

@obbyb1 You also have to take into consideration other parts of the car, the stock gear box and clutch are rubbish the clutch goes at about 300whp and the gear box is anybodys guess over 300whp. Mine only lasted 3 weeks once the car was making 350whp. A lot of people in Australia do R33 GTS-T or Z32 5 speed conversions as they can take loads of power and are pretty easy to adapt to the S15. Other than that thou they are such a fun car to drive and easy to mod.

@obbyb1 I assume you mean MPH. In all honesty the car is pretty stable over 200kph (120mph) a big wing I'm sure would help but I don't do those speeds that much.

As far as internals.... you can push the stock internals 350whp is about the limit they will take. My engine blew at that level hence the rebuild. But if you have a really good tuner you might get more out of it for a while, but really it is a matter of time. Its a very fun car to drive on the public roads just stay away from cops.

@shakybones007 Haha im joking :D. Im from the UK and yeah wingless is much better. Bet the back end gets twitchy at 120+. I had a GC8 Impreza Sti with the wing taken off and above 120 it felt like the back end was going to go at any second :P. Anyway you have a very nice car, look after it :D. Oh, and what are the stock internals like on the S15? Would it be worth getting one and running it at around 350-400Whp? Or is it too much to handle on Public roads?

@obbyb1 hahaha you must be American. In Australia big wings aren't popular we prefer the sleek clean look, like a bullet. Not to mention the big T wings are illegal and cops just love writing them up and defecting people because of it.

@shakybones007 Dude your car is sick as fuck. I drive a S15 and im buying a 600BreakHorsePower Turbo tune for it, but dude why no Big spoiler? My S15 runs a Nessan GTIR Engan in it, its so quick and with NOS added i will be running 7 second 1/4 time!!
