I remember if you killed the octopus then swam to the right until the bowl was half of screen then tried to go into the secret room, alex would just automatically start swimming right, all the way through the rocks.

by memory i think you could kill the octopus by having only half its body showing on screen then going to the oposite side of the screen and punching. some glitch. also u could continue when u had lost all lives by holding "down" and tapping 1 and 2 repeatedlly at some time (cant remember when, over 20yrs since i last played) loved it.

@XxSummer427 A true testament to how Sega was the dominant power in the game console industy, yeah sure Nintendo had it fair share of gadgets and even the save option on most of its games but Sega had the edge. still Got my Master System and most of its games and equipment and they STILL work! whereas you can buy a console this day and age and it tends to die about 3-4 years later
