SO.... Does that mean this machine is or is not available to manufacture products?
I'm not interested in building, I'm interested in seeing how this machine performs on a food science level. Unless of course you have information already concerning how this drying process compares to; spray drying, freeze drying, vacuum drying etc. for nutritional, functional applications. If you do then please forward me any references. How about the patent number?

What is the purpose of the outer cone? It doesn't look like it's used for anything.

nope can't say i fully understand it but I know it has to deal with vortex energy and the way it interacts with substances
