As an Assemblyman he passed the clean water act, which prevents watershed properties from being developed, in order to keep drinking water clean for the public. As a former Freeholder, he stopped the building of an inciderator in Jersey City which would have polluted the air even further, the defeat brought re-cycling to Jersey City. I suggest you read the book "The Jersey Sting," it doesn't show Lou Manzo taking money from Dwek. By the way, why does any person need unregistered firearms?

This character has been indicted and found guilty of taking bribes for contracts in NJ. He was an assembyman and tried to run for mayor of Jersey City and NJ senate.

He even proposed a bill that would make people with "unregistered firearms" have to give up their property like as he put it, "people with drugs have to do". This criminal tried to have a go at the 2nd and 5th amendment...wake up AMERICA!!!!
