1976 Honda CB750 build: no pipes

I build cafe racers. Here is a quick video of a bike I am building right now. I was told this *might* be a junk motor, but it looked good to me, so I cleaned it up and buttoned it up into a this frame I have prepped. To my delight it started right up and sounds GOOD! No pipes, no filters, no seat, no tank, but otherwise more or less all there. The sound this thing makes in my humble workshop is nothing short of a joyful din.

Too bad that my little camera's microphone is incapable of capturing the roar of this thing. You can see the camera shake and vibrate when I roll the throttle.

@jerkagerk that cold outside air and hot engine COULD warp the valves but the temps would really have to be extreme.

I am 62 and I started working in a HONDA shop when I was 16 years old.

Have never seen warped valves from running without pipes.

It usually is not run for very long that way.

I didn't know you could do that cause your valves need the back pressure and i thought if you do this it could warp your valves but thats just what i though.

yeah dude, i'm positive that things sounds mean as hell in real life, (i notice the camera shaking) but kinda sounds like a bubble machine with this camera mic.
