Simple GLSL Refraction mapping (index 1.15)
Environment map selection is enabled, object is still fixed
Some environment maps have 1 pixel borders that need to be removed
The squished back faces are how the maps were provided and are not an artifact of the program
framerate is ~1400fps at 1680x1050 on an E6300 (2GB 800MHz DDR2) with a 320MB 8800GTS under Fedora 10 (x64)
