Two story house built in 1830 by French immigrants where a real Trinitarian novel "La Flor del Tropico" has been written. In 1927 the house was bought any change to the original colonial structure, before 1959 it was a pharmacy. The Bastidas family is one of the oldest families in Trinidad (1730) and had been pharmacists for many generations. In 1994 the house was a private restaurant (paladar) and today they have a casa particular and rent out 2 rooms at the second floor.
