Dave Evans is no relation to Mark Evans who incidentally is not the original AC/DC bass player. That honor goes to Larry Van Kriedt.

@Tseagoville This is why I love U-Tube,thanx for the info.Is Larry Van Kreidt the bass player thats in the "Can I Sit Next To You Girl" video (the one where Malcolm has that ridiculous hat on) from early 70s with Dave Evans? I even noticed in that video that it wasnt phil on the drums, some funny lookin guy with a afro.

Hey Darrin, no on bass in the original video is Rob Bailey and on drums is Peter Clack. Original members Larry Van Kriedt and Colin Burgess were no longer with the band even though they played on the record.
