  • @daviesadam23 Well, obviously it does.....obviously with a little top up at Shannon where they have a short stop off, less pax (only business class), less luggage to carry, so it just seems to work out.

  • How the hell can a a318 get from new york to london, a318 are short journey planes not bloody 7 hour + journey

  • The personal media player is so lame

  • @ROYALstraightFLUSH22 Kind of true, but since many major financial offices of London are in the Canary Wharf area very close to London City Airport, this A318 flight has become very popular with business people that travel a lot between London and New York City--and you don't have to fight the traffic getting to and from Heathrow or Gatwick! :-)

  • the only advantage of this is city airport. u might as well just go to heathrow and go on a direct plane.

  • i like 747 better for this route not airbus..

  • Why have they put that 'soft landing' heading in? I'm cabin crew on this service and it is wonderful in just about every single way, but the landing is never soft. It cant be. The runway at city is very short and so to avoid having to do go arounds the guys have to thump it down.

  • ok! i'mm going to try it!!!!! haha

  • Its not called the 'egg' its called the gurkin but locals call it the dildo. Yes BA is the best airline in the world, better than American Airlines who seem to be turning into a 'no frills airline'.
