@NinjaMagic411 If a person prays from a prayer book if she/he concentrates (brain) & emotes the feeling of the words (heart) then the prays "rises" to its intended spiritual realm.If a person says the prayers with barely any thought & feeling while thinking of the next meal,his prayer will stay here in the physical realm.More so,he is not in prayer,but sitting in his lunch plate.We learn these from the Mystical Jewish teachings which include reincarnation for Jews,but not or Gentiles.
