Hi, I have a new Palm Pre, European version (unlocked). To use the phone, I need to create a palm profile. Once I try to do it, the system asks for my provider's APN Internet. I use the correct one (I live in Cyprus), but the profile cant be created. I need to add the Cyprus network providers. Also, I cant find a webos metadoctor for the european unlocked version of palm pre. Which one I must use? Is your solution for a particular network such as Sprint or can I use it for my phone too? Thanks

What about Sprint Navigation? That doesn't seem to be installed with this script.

Thanks a lot for the video - I used my mac - but seeing what was involved help me be prepared for the kinks. Anyone who does this should really let the script download the doctors. I downloaded what I thought was right - but turned out they checksum'd wrong.

Hey there. Thanks for taking the time to do this tutorial, I really appreciate it!
Question: Have you had much trouble with the battery charging screen? I'm not sure, but it seems like the doctor is stuck there for me. Everything else has worked fine up to this point. Any suggestions?
I am attempting to perform this upgrade, but cannot seem to get past step 5. in the SDK download process. I downloaded the both SDK and novacom and the ubuntu softtware manager says that they are installed but when i type: sudo dpkg -i palm-sdk_2.1.0-svn409992-pho519_i386.deb, I get an error that the directory cannot be found. Any guidance would be appreciated.

@twelch369 Is your terminal in the directory where you downloaded the SDK and novacom debs? For example, if you downloaded them to the Downloads directory, your terminal should say something like:
user@blah:~/Downloads$
To change directories, you use the cd command like:
cd ~/Downloads
or you could just move those debs to your home directory (the one with your username).

Hi, I'm in Spain, I have an original pre palm and have come to. / scripts /, but the scripts do not see movistar Spain, how I can fix that, I tried to ./scripts/meta-movistar-pre-2.1.0 but it will, it is logical because there is no scripts for pre file of Spain, help

@JONIDJ123456789 Not sure what you mean, I'm having some trouble understanding you. Once you run the doctor, you can select your language as Spanish. Also, make sure you are in the meta-doctor directory when you run the script. The command you're using sounds right to me.
