I always thought Trevor lucas sounded a lot like Gordon Lightfoot,especially when he covered The Way I Feel on the first Fotheringay album

It's amazing the cross currents of professional music. Fotheringay was a great band playing innovative and technically difficult arrangements that Fairport could only dream of. Then vanity and "the star-maker machinery" took them from us. Who knows what could have been?

'Foth 2' is a great album, nice to have clean versions takes of these after all this time.
All we need now is all that missing video

Got this on album on I Tunes for $10.... way worth it!
There are a lot of Sandy bonus tracks out now which can be bought singly ....the selection at Amazon was more comprehensive. See the Fairport BBC recordings especially.

Delighted to hear this after 30 years waiting. Thanks to Jerry D for the herculean task of mixing, remixing, overdubbing ..... to produce a tremendous album. This track bears all the hallmarks of a style that 5 hand reel developped and extended a few years later. Seminal stuff !
