Understand it: this song was originally planed to be used, but Kelly could not pay to use it. I think the the intro was even cut for Never tear us apart. My only problem with this version of the movie is that it's easier to understand it, because they explain many things about time travel and tangent universe. Back in the day I had to watch the normal version twice to understand it. Shame that the other Kelly movies aren't good as DD, but The Box was OK imho.

I think I like the other song (The Killing Moon by Echo and the Bunnymen) more , I just think it fits better. It's probably just because im used to the other one god i love this movie!

@KodamaofNorthtree What's more, Donnie's dad reads Tommyknockers in the bed, but a crew member stole its cover, so you can't notice the title. Kelly is a big fan of the Horror Master (I like his books too, especially Misery).
