MY FAVORITE A-CAPELLA SONG TO SING IS THIS ONE"COME THOU FOUNT OF EVERY BLESSING.
AS ALWAYS I ADDED MY LOW BASS PART TO THIS SONG THAT WAS MISSING THAT TRUE BASS PART.

  • Good Bass singing, but you need to get out of the sub-contra once in a while. The great bass singers work their entire range, I know you can get low, but what about the rest of your range.....

  • I agree completely! I have some songs on here where I do many parts. I also posted a song called"Catch a falling star" where I do the back ground bass and a tenor lead.

The best lead I ever did is "drinking water from the well" but youtube keeps telling me its a copyright violation so it won't let me post it. I invite you to look through my other recordings I have posted where I do multiple parts.

    Thanks for listening!

  • @thebassmanadam I also agree with biglhot75 you have an incredible low register.... but it gets lost in the whole mix of things and when its TOO LOW.... it can be hard to distinguish. i think it would have sounded better going up an octave, but again dont get me wrong.... i think what you've got is AWESOME!!!!! and a good job on the song nonetheless

  • @Charlielindor its in the video "Come Thou Fount of Every Blessing

  • What is the name of this song?

  • quiero la letra de esta cancion por favor

  • What happened at 1:14?

  • @The1wildlifer im gonna have to agree 100%. i like your low range and stuff but it helps when you really know how to blend it all in properly. In the end, your singing for the Lord so that's all that matters.

  • Not bad, but your sound didn't blend. The fuzzyness comes from having to get so close to the mic to get it to pick up. We just don't get much volume down there. There's no fix other than to NOT swallow the mic and let the sound board balance you. Tougher to do when you are trying to add to a finished recording. You have a great low range. Join a chorus or a church choir and keep on Singing His Praise.

  • Have you thought of doing a MultiTrack? Type in "Barbershop Multitrack" in the Search box here for numerous examples.

  • I enjoyed the song. However, I think the original arrangement is better without your added bass. You may have a decent voice as a baritone, but you were not blending. Blend is vital in any A Capella song.
