Veru funny. But not accurate. Popov was the best sprint freestyler of all time, regardless of times, because of his dominance, as is Thorpe the best overall freestyler. However, because of his overall ability to swim like a champion in so many distances, Phelps is the best alive.

Phelps is anatomically gifted. As you can see in th TV coverage, his penis is extremely small and produces the lowest drag achievable.
