The second bloke is an utter moron. No person can restore a rotten, mafia-infested, corrupt, angry society without taking some liberty away and without doing some major ass-kicking. Everything Putin has done so far is fight a system that was rotten, corrupt for 50 years+. And oligarkhs that he squeezed for money are no saints either.
