@oskarsgrins No actually. (That is if you you meant that it should be AC-130 instead of C-130).
The AC-130's cargo bay is loaded with all the electronics, computers, cannons and other essential equipment for fire missions.
The C-130's cargo is left normal/empty and is usually used for cargo transportation, air drops etc.
