For my first video upload of 2010, I thought I would post one of my favorites from 2009. This video is also the first one I post that was taken at Toronto's Lester B. Pearson International Airport. Here we see an Alitalia 767-300 departing YYZ on runway 06L. This video was taken during my visit to Toronto on Labour Day weekend 2009 for the air show which was taking place there at that time. I took quite a few videos while spotting at YYZ which I will be posting over the next while.

  • WHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAT! i never knew you were here in YYZ!

  • beautiful outside, shitty inside...It's high time for Alitalia to retire these old farts

  • What a beautiful jet. I prefer the 767 to the A330, although I'm often in the minority opinion there.

  • You're right it is open. But it must not have been a big deal, or it *might* be able to close hydraulically, just like the main cargo doors. I'm not sure if A319's can do that. Seeing as to how there wasn't news of an AC crash, it was likely closed later.

  • I dont think he's talking about the cargo door, I think it's about that little door under the rear PAX door... that thing actually IS open.

  • thats actually not true. the passenger doors are held closed because of cabin pressure but the luggage doors arnt.

  • It will be fine because it's almost impossible to open a door with cabin pressure.

  • It's closed right, actually. If you search up pictures of AC's A319's you'll notice that on starboard pictures that black-line on the bottom of the cargo door are present in all of them. Look up C-GKOB, same type, different registration.
