i have xbox 360 original 250 gig and it comes up with disc unreadable after the first vid i get blanck screed after the vid

when it shot me back to recruit like i wuz just starting the game.
THe worst thing is this happened twice all on warrant officer 3!
Now im back to it agian but every game i play i just get 60 cR!

@MrShukorYahya get a halo reach disk thats work fine maybe from a friend then install it after its installed put ur old disk in but it might take a few trys

@conkerfan2550 wenever i put my halo reach disc in my 360 it says its a dvd or a mixed media disc. but wen i put black ops in it works fine. y is this happening and how can i fix it???????
