It's out of the "C" chord, (C,F,D7,G7,E7,Am,F,G7,C,Am,Em,D7,G,C,G,D7,G7,C) although this was played on my Tacoma Papoose guitar which is tuned to an "A", (like having a capo on the 5th fret on a regular guitar), so it has a higher pitch sound. I combined the melody and chords from "The Best Christmas Guitar Fake Book Ever"--great book. Thanks for your comment and Merry Christmas!
