This is a private vacation home, with no one above or below you so you can truly relax and unwind after a day at the beach or taking a watercraft around the bay. When you enter this vacation home you will find it to be tastefully decorated with all the amenities of home including:

Lower Floor:

Second Floor:

Large deck / balcony with view!view!view!...this is where you will spend the majority of your time! The 2nd floor balcony deck includes a built in BBQ and patio furniture. You also have spectacular waterfront bay views from the living room, dining area, and kitchen. The cozy living room features a gas fireplace, TV, and remote control ceiling fan over the dining table. This vacation home also features a fully equipped modern kitchen with refrigerator and ice maker, built in microwave/oven, gas cooktop, and all the cookware and utensils needed to prepare a gourmet meal. The guest bedroom on the second floor features a queen size bed with its own full bath and shower.

Third Floor:

The loft area also has beautiful views of Newport Bay as well as a patio off the rear of the loft that features a view of the ocean. The photos only show one double Tommy Bahama bed but we have the flexibility to replace this bed with 2 twin beds. There is also a full bath / shower off the loft.

Once settled and relaxed you will find that you are now local to best activities all around. Great parks, world class surfing, boogie boarding, sailing, power boat rentals, deep sea fishing, Catalina Island cruises, whale watching tours, parasailing, fun zone rides and arcade, and the World Famous "Wedge" where some of the biggest body surfing waves in the world can be found.

Minutes from World Class Golf, Restaurants, Shops and 20 minutes from John Wayne airport or 60 minutes to LAX. Other nearby attractions include: Disneyland, California Adventure, Sea World, San Diego Zoo, Hollywood, Universal Studios, Knott's Berry Farm, Long Beach Aquarium, Queen Mary, and more. Plan to stay here for a while; there is lots' to see. Bring your sunscreen, swim suit, sweat shirt, and sandals. Smiles will be permanent every day you stay!
