  • Make's me inspiration to workout :D

Do you have some tips how to workout for shoulders and Chest for teenagers?

Thanks, and keep it up the good work :D

  • it looks like it was working for you looks like you may need to lighten up a bit on the front raises a random tip :S

  • i heard your can fuck some shit up with your shoulders what is the REAL propper way to do bent over.. dumbell raises... flys?

  • You are one of the best and can only get better and better. Inspiring.

  • nice cap man!!

  • @a420guitarsmoker 10 weeks out...............

  • if size is your goal lift heavier... if not keep doin what your doin

  • You can start off by just doing body weight exercises. Pushups, pullups, dips, squats, crunches. To get stronger and get your body prepared for more intense workouts later on (about a month or two) But yeah..good luck bud.

Message me if you got any more questions

  • Ima answer you lol.. Im skinny myself (recently started working out) but did alot of research so i know some stuff.. For your body type to gain muscle fast and get stronger you will need to do compound exercises such as pushups (regular, wide, diamond), pullups, bench press, military press, bent over rows, and more. Try eating at least 4-5 times a day (clean food, high in carbs, proteins, eat ur veggies) Exercise maybe about 4 times a week giving different body parts at least 24-48 hours of rest

  • great vid...hey man am just getting started in weight lifting but i am a light weight and i want to know if you would be so kind lol and tell me a good weight gaining diet...hope u can answer soon thx
