@jonathanbernard1 Sort of, a bit of internet browsing can reveal a LOT of information on this sort of topic. An interesting note is that having shadows in games REALLY slows it down, which is why PSP games don't really have a lot of lighting / shadow effects, as can be seen in this video.
This game is more of a "pick-up-and-play" for casual-to-average gamers rather than the extreme ones, it would have been quick to develop and is a good way for a company to make quick money.
