it affects my speaking for only 2 weeks, then after it healed, i can speak properly.

It depends. If it's pierced through the muscles instead of between the different muscles in your tongue, it can, because it limits the muscle's range of motion. If that happens, and the lisp is unbearable, take it out and get it repierced somewhere else. But for the most part, after the swelling goes down, the lisp disappears.
