  • Scary but true. Canada watches all.

  • @zutroy1 Actually a lot of polls have shown, lately, that most people WOULD unionize if they could.

Oh and just so you know... Hitler did abolish unions. And ban strikes. Do you still think that's a good idea?

  • Unions, the people that brought you the weekend.

  • A worker in China is threatened with a minimum jail sentence of 6 months if they try to start a union.

  • @ShinEmperor A society WITHOUT unions*

  • Fascism by definition is the marriage of corporate power and government power. By definition. A society with Unions is, almost but definition a fascist state. (Especially if unions are abolished by law)

  • unions are only good if we didn't have to wait soo damn long for our benefits and if there weren't any incompetent morons running them

  • @honestpagan1 If you took economics in University than I shouldn't have to explain to you why everyone getting high wages would be pointless since if you doubled what the average wage in this country is every price for everything would double. That would have been taught day one of any university economics class so either you didn't go to your first day, you weren't listening, or you can't remember anything you were taught either way explaining things to you further would obviously be pointless.

  • @dezza2001 Good Jobs = Good, I feel that collecting a bunch of buisness and jobs that can't maintain the status quo of living does not have its place in Canada. I think as a nation we can do better than that. I also believe the people who work for minimum wage, "typically", are smart enough to find a better job.

I work with guys that make $27/hr and are in school full time. I don't see why high paying jobs are not possible across our nation. PS. I took econimics in University. Douche.

  • @dezza2001 but also they are people too! They deserve the same rights to a job that everyone else does! Do you want low wages? Do you want things that you think you deserve? Of course you do! And so do they!

  • This is what it will be like if harper stays in power.
