African Grey Parrot Talking, barking, yelling

Spencer was in a rather talkative mood today... he's not the greatest talker but can be entertaining and he likes to mumble/make up his own phrases a lot. He even begins barking and yelling at himself later around :55. ... It can be difficult to understand him sometimes.
Below is a list of what he says... ??? means I have no idea what he's saying either.

Are you a tickle? (he got a little confused on that one...)
