actually this is my chapter's recruitment video. those girls are rho gammas who are assisting with recruitment and cannot be shown. we don't blur out anyone who is not affiliated. once a phi sig, always a phi sig. LITP

during formal recruitment, 10% of each chapter disafiliates temporarily to serve as rho gammas, a kind of camp counselor to help all of the new girls wanting to be in a sorority so they make unbiased decisions. as soon as formal recruitment is over they are once again part of the chapter. however, each sorority's rush video is shown during formal recruitment, so they have to blur out the faces of the rho gammas so that the secret is still kept.
