In regards to burpees, they are a killer exercise. Nothing gets your HR up like burpees and you are getting a total body workout with the exercise. Plus, it gets your metabolism up and it helps to burn fat.
If you can, get an interval timer. Do as many as you can in 30 seconds, and take a 30 second break. Then just keep switching off from 30 on to 30 off until you have done 100 total.
