they used the "advanced" version + flutter kicks + push ups any time someone said the word "okay" to a TI during basic training...i miss those days

folks, I'm a 57 year old out of shape male still around 35 pounds overweight, though I just have lost 56 pounds eating really well and walking a lot. My question is can I start to try to do these very slowly and still get benefit, or is this something I should avoid until I've raised my fitness level a bit more and dropped more weight, I'm on a roll here, please advise, thanks, pete
