What happens next contract, when the union wants another pay raise, or they want a better insurance plan, or they want to better their vacation time, get more paid sick days, or better their pension? For the hourly pay keeps going up, and benefits keep getting better for union worker, the employees in the private sector stays the same... and in fact, the taxes from those private sector jobs go to the union's higher pay and benefits. When the union gets too powerful, like they have obviously did in Wisconsin, then the power isn't in the hands of the people I voted for. There's a conflict of interest, when I the voter is against unions, because of their corruption and greed, and yet, the union somehow sneaked its way into power.
