Of course there are way worse girls than her but Miley is only 16, she shouldn't be having those photos anyway. Not only that, she's a role model towards little girls (and boys I guess). Sure, she's human and she makes mistakes, but she's famous now. She should try harder to be a respectable person because now she has people who look up to her and who will want to mimick her.
