Bölücü terör örgütünün bir dönem kabusu haline gelen Polis Özel Harekat Timleri, tekrar aktif olarak terörle mücadelede kullanılacak.

Halen 48 ilde faaliyet gösteren özel timin, Milli Güvenlik Kurulu'nun terörle mücadelede güvenlik birimlerinin tüm güçlerinin topyekun kullanılması kararı çerçevesinde ektin bir şekilde kırsal alanda görev alması bekleniyor.

Emniyet Genel Müdürlüğü Asayiş Daire Başkanlığı'nın bünyesinde 1983 yılında büro amirliği olarak uçak kaçırma, rehine kurtarma gibi özel operasyonlar için eğitimli polisleri barındırmak için kurulan Özel Harekat Timleri, daha sonra Terörle Mücadele ve Harekat Daire Başkanlığı'na bağlanmış ve şube müdürlüğü olmuştu.

Bugün halen başta İstanbul, Ankara ve İzmir gibi büyük iller olmak üzere toplam 48 il emniyet müdürlüğünde birimi bulunan Özel Timciler, 1993 yılından itibaren daha özerk bir yapı ile Özel Harekat Daire Başkanlığı olarak doğrudan Emniyet Genel Müdürü'ne bağlanmıştı.

Özel eğitimli bu polisler 90'lı yıllarda Doğu ve Güneydoğu'da yürütülen seri terör operasyonlarında görev alarak, uzun süre kırsal alanda ağır koşullarda görev yürütmüşlerdi. Düşük yoğunluklu çatışma haline uygun iz süren Özel Timciler, bu dönemde ciddi başarılara da imza attılar. Ancak yine bu ağır koşullardan polis olarak başka bölümlere tayin olan polisler normal yaşama uyum sağlayamayıp, suça karıştıkları iddiasıyla yoğun eleştiri aldılar. Bazı özel timciler psikolojik tedavi görerek bu depresyon halinden çıkmayı başarırken, bazı polislerin intihar haberleri gündeme taşınmıştı.

2000'li yılların başında kırsaldan çekilen özel timciler, çoğunlukla il merkezlerinde çalışmaya başlamış, sayıları 6 bine kadar düşürülmüştü.

Son olarak kendi içlerinde "Efsane" olarak adlandırdıkları Daire Başkanları Behçet Oktay'ın intiharı ile gündeme gelen Özel Harekat Daire Başkanlığı, MGK'nın kararıyla tekrar terörle mücadelede etkin olarak görev yapacaklar.

Bu kapsamda önümüzdeki günlerde Özel Harekat Daire Başkanlığı personelini takviye etmek için "39. dönem temel özel harekat kursu" açılacak. 81 ilde açılacak kursa rütbeli polislerden 32 yaşını geçmeyenler, polis memurlarından ise 28 yaşından büyük olmayan "Özel harekat temel eğitimine ve görev şartlarına uygun fiziki ve sağlık şartlarına sahip olanlar" katılacak.

İçişleri Bakanlığı yetkilileri, aşamalı olarak sicili temiz özel yeteneklere sahip polislerden daireye her yıl aşamalı olarak bin kişi polis takviye edileceğini ifade ettiler.

Halen tüm illerde il emniyet müdürüne doğrudan bağlı görev yapan özel harekat şubelerindeki personelden de, belirlenecek isimler kademeli olarak terörün yoğun olarak yaşandığı bölgelere kaydırılacak.

Kuruluştan günümüze kadar 38 dönem kurs açan Emniyet Genel Müdürlüğü, amir ve memur olarak toplam 10 bine yakın özel timci yetiştirdi.

I have been doing my own research and so you made a big point (only point you made) about armos supposedly being loved and respected etc. I found out that you cuntyans are not that loved after all.
