Executive Director Emily Tabin presents the Westchester Jazz Orchestra's April 10, 2010 concert at the Irvington Town Hall Theater. WJO world premieres "Flow: In Celebration of the Hudson River" written by Artistic Director/Conductor Mike Holober. Here, the Orchestra performs the 3d movement, "Harlem."
