I am just now finishing reading the "Checklist Manifesto" written by Dr. Gawande and found it very interesting. Not only did the book prove interesting and entertaining, I am now convinced that checklists can be used in a number of areas.
I also like how the group decided to use Youtube to delivery the very brief but useful training video on the Surgical checklist. Bravo!
