This is the visit of Golda Meir to Concil of Europe in october of 1973. This speech was pronounced four of five deys before the start of the Yom Kippur War. She was in Europe to discuss with the former austrian prime minister Bruno Kreisky who, by the menace of palestinians terrorists, had closed a castle in Austria that was used to transfer russian jews immigrants to Israel. Golda tried to remove Kreisky from that decision, but she fail to do so.

This is 1973. October 1973. Just four or five days before the star of the Yom Kippur War. She was in Europe to discuss the closure of a transition camp in Austria that was used by jewish immigrants by Bruno Kreisky the Prime Minister of Austria.
