It is such a shame that Rachmaninoff did not allow filming of his performances. A great loss for pianists and music lovers. It is fortunate that we can see Paderewski in a movie playing Liszt.

Wow! There was video way back then? i didn't even think they had even invented electricity yet! It's kind of freaky seeing people back then. Almost like looking into a parallel universe!

Rachmaninoff died in the 1940s, he is much younger here.
