walking is the best. about 3 YEARS AGO i use to walk 1 hr every day and i went from chubby to skinny in about 3 months! its amazing and its hard work... but just commit to it.. put ur headphones in and just walk walk walk. u will start tofeel greate and fresh everyday. which means it will keep u in a positive mood and walking is a continious excerise meaning your body is getting rid of endorphins which = stress .. ;)
