When re-potting orchids, make sure to do so when they're not in bloom, and make sure not to overcrowd them. Use a combination of wood chips and moss when re-potting orchids with help from a sustainable gardener in this free video on gardening tips.

  • You have to feed them. They are good drinkers but not a good eaters.

  • you should use transparent pots because roots are also phtosynthetic and need light

  • I am sorry, but this is not the correct way to repot a phal... roots need to be trimmed and potting mix needs to be soaked before potting... I could continue, but maybe I will just make my own video.

  • Thanks for the advice!

  • I always check my roots and clean them off, cut off the dead ones before repotting

  • Use an ORCHID-HYDROPONIC set. Orchids or hyproponic by nature anyway...No mess. No decomposing potting materials, etc, etc....
