Then why don't you tell your brother to come here and explain exactly what Dan did? At this point, I'm pretty sure there's some truth to it, but you don't know all the details. I, and lots of other fans would love to know whether he first got physical with the loggers and deserved to have "the snot kicked out of him", or if he was just stating his views and they beat him up.
. Nothing less than an eyewitness will do.

@logik316 I don't approve of thugs committing gang assault on anyone. I just know when to pick my battles and where. My brother's word is as good as gold. What's more I can't stand left wing liberals or right wing conservatives because they believe laws solve all problems, when in fact laws just take away freedoms. You should, if you haven't, live in a third world country with a dictator and then speak to me about points of view being taken away. Any insult from you is a compliment in my book!

"Hearsay" isn't just a legal concept, genius. Your brother's word doesn't mean SHIT to anybody but you. And if all you did was simply mention some story you heard about Dan getting into some bar fight with some loggers, I wouldn't be up to my neck in your ass.
