Good action, I am impressed with your braced front knee and lock-up, fundamentals of a good pace bowling action. your head position is also exceptional, keeping your eyes relatively level throughout. However I would recommend lengthening your run-up so you have more rhythm in your delivery stride as it seems a little rushed. Add that to a higher jump just before the delivery stride and your rhythm would be fantastic, adding more pace and bounce. Overall a sound action, though
Why is it so fashionable nowadays to have a ridiculously short run-up? Not everybody is meant to be Wasim Akram.
Nice action otherwise. Just have a longer run-up (16-18 paces) and you should feel the momentum difference. Unlike a few other actions I've seen, your follow-through is pretty good.
also dont run in any faster as suggested below unless you're a chest on bowler which you do not seem to be, you need more time for your gather, theres maybe 15 points I could say that could make your much better, but start with the running style, build up the run up to hit the right speed so you are more balanced and able to use your muscles in the correct sequence.
Your run up is the cause of a few flaws, dont run with your hand in front of your body like you do pump them in lines like a railway track towards your target, your arm movement during your run is causing your back to bend to the side on release, its an awkward angle to go through everything as I cant see the backfoot and front foot impacts, but you do have a lot of positive things going for you.
left arm too low and follow thru more and complet your action, run ina bit faster, this will all add more pace, ya gotta hit the crease at full tilt with all your power on release.
You bowl about... 70kph???? sorry, your crap
