2ndly shes doing everything wrong! when u squat ur supposed to tighten all 3 of ur gluteus plus doing squats make ur butt more firm not a jelly bag! ppl taking exercise lessons from kim r wasting their time! go to gym and work out with a pro. n ur supposed to push ur knees outwards not inwards when doing a squat, do not hold ur "core" stomach in! hold ur gluteus in cuz thats how u'll be working ur core by working around it! holding ur stomach in is just gonna give u a hard time breathing!
