This is from "The Regenerated Man" (1994). The movie has some good gory/slimy non-computerized special fx but in the end they employ the crappiest CGI I have ever seen. Interesting fact, the same program that made that atrocity was the same one used to craft the dinosaurs in Jurassic Park.

@HomebrandMusic01 No...it's not. It would have been good for 1990 or anywhere in the 80's, but not for 1994.
