@aa3gunner Haha Don't get over confident, If your as god. why aren't you professional. Besides, have you seen your own kicks. they may be god, but I'll bet your overreacting when saying that they are as god as Saenchai's. You haven't seen you own kicks from a perspective view, besides you don't know if you kick as hard, and as fast. and Third, I 100% sure, that your technique is really bad compared to Saenchai's.

Muay Thai FOREVER!!!

@aa3gunner you wish

that's a long time man :p but for those kicks it's wurth it
I will try it my self, did you do extra stretching or cardio to get that speed ?
-
You dont need hardcore training the way the pros do. I know people who just did it in 6 months. The twist is full, they swing the arms, roll the shoulders, and have powerful kicks.
-
Really, come to Thailand and try out your technique. I will film the experience. Either you are a god or you will find out very quickly what you real level this.

wrong. I got kicks like that training 3hours a day, 3 times a week in 6 months
why doesn't they use alot theyr fists ?

The sport emphasises torso kicks, torso knees, and elbow strikes more that fist. Fists earn almost no points unless it is a knockout.

@fightjapanrc I'm fat can I learn Muay Thai in America!?
gwa56 1 year ago
@gwa56 Yeah, a lot of school in America. If you stay at it, you won't be fat for long. Just keep the intensity up when you train. Don't dilly dally about like so many people do. Also, get someone to teach you good kicking technique. Don't fake it. You won't improve.
