Larger living areas, more options at 600 North Lake Shore Drive

As the market changed buyers at 600 Lake Shore Drive were telling Stephanie Maloney, a top sales associate at the development, that they would like to see larger public spaces in the units.

Even though the project is nearing a sellout, developer Buzz Ruttenberg responded by reconfiguring 3-bedroom, 3-bath units to enlarge the public living spaces and enable use of the second master bedroom as a den.

Current buyers, many of whom are part-time and relocating residents, were also expressing a desire for more options and higher quality finishes. The developer also accommodated those preferences.
