  • Just put my tredmill on a 7 incline, attempted to jog/run and I hit my head on the ceiling.. FANTASTIC -___- I'm not even tall either, I'm only 5'2'' ...

  • @TheEuphony69 - You can get a stop watch, cheap sports watch, use the one on your cellphone or ipod (if you have one). If you don't have access to any of things just count to 10.

  • ugh ok I tried this and tried to stand on the sides of the tred while it was going and totally fell and got tredmill burn lol
